This level is from the ========================================================================== Descent: Levels of the World Name of Mission: Training Camp 2 Description of Mission: The level, Training Camp is intended to be an anarchy level. I've tried to the best of my ability to make it nice and clean. The textures are all aligned and besides the doors and some of the steel support looking textures, I have tried to make it look as if all the walls have thickness. I've also strayed away from the 4D effects. The chinese box level was enough for me. Training Camp is large enough so that 8 people could play comfortably in it. Some of my previous levels were regarded as cramped, so I strived to think large with this one. So far, there have been three revisions. I took out the obstacle room in front on the reactor and put in a nice small set of corridors with neat lighting to compensate. I also took out those goofy looking secret corridors. The one from the reactor which had the invulnerability in it is gone completely. I didn't like it much since it seemed to break the rythm of the game. If someone got caught in there, it would take a long time to find them. It was very ugly also. The invulnerability is gone also. It's a fair fight now. I replaced the other secret corridor with one similar to the normal corridors connecting the landing rooms. It's nothing special, but it goes with the motif. It has no high-power weapons, and I took out all of the bots since it's not that kind of a level. ========================================================================= SOFTWARE USE LIMITATIONS AND LIMITED LICENSE This special preview level from Descent: Levels of the World (the "Software") is intended solely for your personal non-commercial home entertainment use.
